Integration Project Manager (2 years’ experience) Perfect if you’re early in your PM journey and hungry for variety. You’ll dive into a wide range of internal projects, including: Integrating newly acquired businesses Delivering projects spanning people, processes, systems, data, and customers Consolidating systems and harmonising processes Basically, helping us make big change feel seamless. Senior Integration Project Manager (5 years’ experience) You’re a safe pair of hands for complex, cross-functional projects. Ideally, you’ve: Led post-acquisition integrations or major organisational change Delivered projects spanning people, processes, systems, data, and customers Got serious stakeholder skills and a proven track record This is where you lead from the front and shape how we grow. Customer Project Manager (5 years’ experience) You’ll be delivering complex network infrastructure projects and have: Led the roll out of LAN / WAN, SD-WAN and WiFi projects Owned projects end-to-end, on time, on budget, and delivering results Brought together cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes If you love seeing a customer project land smoothly - this one’s for you. Core Skills You’ll Bring Hands-on project management experience, ideally in IT or Telecoms or a similar environment. Confidence running projects end to end - from kick-off and delivery through to monitoring progress and wrapping things up properly. Great documentation skills: PID’s, SOW’s, RAID logs, budgets, benefits tracking, SteerCo packs – you’ve got this! Clear, confident communication, keeping stakeholders (internal and external) informed, engaged and aligned. A good eye for risk, spotting risks early and keeping everything compliant (yes, including GDPR). A PM qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMP is a bonus. Comfortable using project tools like MS Project, Monday.com or Asana. Delivering through PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same. Ability to pass BPSS and other clearance checks.
