* Role: Complex Needs Assistant
* Location: Reading
* Salary: £89–£100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Ideal for: Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care graduates or those passionate about SEN
* Experience: Preferred but not essential
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual EHCP targets
* Assist with personal care and mobility where required
* Support communication using visual aids and alternative communication methods
* Help implement sensory and therapeutic interventions
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and healthcare professionals
