Hours:8 hours per week Wednesdays 12:30 - 16:30, Sundays 10:00 - 14:00

About the role
We are looking for a kind, reliable Support Worker to join our team, supporting a lady to access the community, appointments and with household tasks.
What youll be doing
* Light household chores (tidying, laundry, washing up, etc.)
* Spending time out in the community
* Supporting to attend appointments
* Minimal support with personal care
* Being a friendly, positive presence
What were looking for
* A warm, patient and trustworthy person with a positive demeanour
* Reliable and flexible with the split-shift pattern
* You do NOT need to drive full training and support will be provided
