Hargreaves Foundry Group are seeking a Project & Business Change Manager as it faces significant growth & change opportunities, including site redevelopment and/or relocation, expansion of product offering, and improvement of operational efficiencies. This is a very hands‑on and practical role, most suited to someone from a manufacturing, warehousing and/or property development background.
Main Responsibilities
Define project scope, create detailed plans, set milestones, and monitor expenditure within budget constraints.
Develop stakeholder engagement to create buy‑in, address concerns, report progress, manage expectations, and maximise effective communication.
Engage & liaise with 3rd party organisations (local authorities, contractors, equipment suppliers etc.), managing the project from conception through to completion.
Anticipate and mitigate potential problems and resistance by supporting employees, coaching managers, resolving issues and addressing concerns directly.
Required Skills
Hands‑on experience of warehousing, manufacturing, and/or property development environments.
Proven experience in organisational change management, project management, or business transformation.
Working knowledge of UK Town Planning/Building Regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to organise, lead, motivate, and direct cross‑functional teams.
