We're looking for a Project Manager to lead a discovery phase assessing the introduction of a task management and communication colleague app.
The role focuses on setting the project up end-to-end, including forming the working group, running the RFP, shaping the business case, defining the MVP and phasing, and working closely with Technology to understand system integration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the discovery phase, establishing scope, timelines, governance and delivery approach
* Run an RFP-led process, including vendor evaluation and recommendation
* Shape and deliver a clear business case
* Define MVP, phasing and rollout approach
* Work closely with Technology teams to understand system integration and dependencies
* Act as a hands-on Project Manager, able to operate with minimal supervision
* Manage senior stakeholders and communicate clearly across the business
* Deliver in a fast-paced organisation with changing priorities
* Proven Project Manager with experience delivering discovery phases and/or RFP-led initiatives
* Experience delivering SaaS solutions across an employee base
* Experience rolling out employee task management and communication platforms to organisations of 1,000+ users
Contract Details
* Initial contract: 2 months, with intention to extend to 12 months
* Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)
* Location: 2 days per week on-site in Watford
* Interview: 2 January (non-negotiable)
* Start date: 5 January (non-negotiable)
