Within your role, you will form a crucial part of the Multi‑Disciplinary Team, delivering a high standard of health care to patients.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you play a vital role in our patients’ care and, within the Medicine Care Group, you will cover a variety of specialities, from acute admission areas to wards such as cardiology, respiratory, gastroenterology and elderly wards which include acute stroke and stroke rehab. You will be part of a multi‑professional team providing high standards of care to our patients. You will maintain and promote patient independence and dignity to ensure each patient receives a positive experience. Working Hours
* Early – 07:00‑15:00
* Late – 12:00‑20:00
* Long Day – 07:00‑20:00
* Night – 19:30‑07:30
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be expected to work a combination of shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Induction and Training
Please be aware that you must attend a full‑time induction programme for the first four weeks in your new role. This must be within three months of your interview date.
