Overview
We’re recruiting a Care Worker to help our residents lead dignified lives.
Key responsibilities
* Support residents with everyday tasks such as washing, dressing, eating meals, taking medication, and socialising.
* Assist with daily living activities and help residents stay happy, healthy and well.
* Understand the needs of older people, including those with dementia, and provide compassionate care.
Qualifications
No previous experience required; we provide all training and ongoing support and mentoring from experienced staff.
Working hours and pay
Flexible based on a three-shift pattern (days, afternoon, nights). Good rates of pay, pension, free uniform, high quality training and many benefits including minimum five weeks holiday and eight bank holidays a year (pro‑rata), and extra pay for unsocial hours.
