Job Opportunity: Pipe Fitter / Plumber Mates
Pertemps is currently recruiting for Pipe Fitter / Plumber Mates to join a Multi-National Construction Company located in Oldbury.
Company Specialization: Prefab modules including plant and boiler package systems, riser and horizontal distribution modules for various private and commercial contracts such as hotels, accommodation, schools, prisons, and hospitals.
Work Environment: Large offsite facility offering excellent working conditions.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in commercial or industrial mechanical/plumbing work is advantageous.
* Assist with pre-fabrication and installation of pipe-work services.
* Adopt an enthusiastic hands-on approach.
Materials and Methods:
* Materials: Steel, Plastic, Copper.
* Methods of Jointing: Crimped, Flanged, Push Fit, Threaded Joints, Electro-Fusion, Soldering.
* Own hand tools are required.
Hours of Work:
* Monday - Thursday: 07:30-16:00
* Friday: 07:30-13:00
Pay and Benefits:
* PAYE: £13.24 per hour
* CIS: £17.20 per hour
* Overtime is available.
