Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 3‑month fixed term full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) based in the Rochdale office.
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers in a contact‑centre environment.
* Process payments, capture applications and answer customer queries.
Person Specification
* Experience of handling and resolving difficult situations.
* Effective communication and organisational skills.
* Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
* Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team.
