spending time circulating between each department, getting an understanding of each element of a
manufacturing company.
Duties Include :
* Sales order handling and dispatch
* Answering and redirecting incoming telephone calls
* Helping to accurately maintain the customer database
* Opening and distributing incoming mail, as required
* Ordering stationery and office supplies, as required
* Helping to administer the Returns Database
* Helping to organize evaluation units to customers, as required
* Receiving visitors;
Arranging refreshments for company meetings and visitors
* Dealing with any filing, printing, copying.
