Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical and personal care under nurse delegation * Monitor observations (vitals, fluid charts) and report changes * Administer medications following strict protocols * Assist with safe transfers, mobility and pressure-relief techniques * Liaise with families and multi-disciplinary teams Essential Skillsets * PEG Feeding * Safe tube handling and feed administration * Site care and aspiration monitoring * Catheter Care * Aseptic bag changes and site inspection * Accurate input/output recording * Stoma Management * Bag changes and peristomal skin protection * Appliance selection and leak prevention * Ventilator Support * Monitoring settings, alarms and patient comfort * Routine circuit changes and escalation * Tracheostomy Care * Sterile suctioning and dressing changes * Humidification management and emergency response Candidate Requirements * Minimum 1 years’ complex care / mental health experience * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care * Right to work in the UK (valid documents) * Full UK driving license or reliable transport * Strong communication, empathy and resilience * PMVA - Must have What We Offer * Competitive hourly rates * Ongoing clinical supervision, training and career pathways * Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle * Supportive team culture and wellbeing initiatives
