A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT AT OUR HOTEL SHIFT TIMES - 7AM UNTIL 3PM OR 3PM UNTIL 11PM. We are looking for a range of people both full time and part time. What you'll be doing Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, making their first impression unforgettable from check-in to check-out. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. Working in breakfast clearing tables, topping up breakfast bar ensuring every guest has a great experience ready to start the day Supporting the cook taking out meals and clearing tables Serving on the bar Clearing and resetting conference rooms Work with housekeeping and maintenance to quickly handle guest requests Keep the front desk looking sharp, creating an inviting and professional vibe for every visitor. Manage daily tasks like calls, emails, and reservations with efficiency, staying cool under pressure. Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests’ stays memorable.
