Would you like to work for a well-established and growing regional housebuilder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes across West Yorkshire?\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join a leading regional house builder where you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple housing developments.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs Site Engineer, you will provide technical support and setting out expertise across several live residential sites in West Yorkshire. You'll be responsible for ensuring all engineering elements of the developments are delivered safely, accurately, and in line with drawings and specifications.\n\nYou will work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors, and the Technical team to ensure work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with design and regulatory requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSetting out for foundations, drainage, roads, sewers, and house plots\n\nChecking line and level of all works to ensure accuracy throughout the build\n\nConducting and reviewing site surveys and maintaining accurate site records\n\nCoordinating and managing all engineering-related queries on site\n\nEnsuring works are carried out in line with technical drawings, design specifications, and NHBC standards\n\nLiaising with utility providers, local authorities, and external consultants\n\nSupporting the preparation and implementation of QA and H&S documentation\n\nAssisting with build programme delivery by helping resolve any engineering or design issues\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience as a Site Engineer within the residential or housing sector\n\nStrong knowledge of groundworks, infrastructure, and setting out for housebuilding\n\nProficient in the use of GPS equipment/Total Station and AutoCAD\n\nHNC/HND or degree in Civil Engineering or similar\n\nCSCS card (Engineering or Technical)\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nA proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative working style\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive basic salary\n\nCompany car or car allowance\n\nAnnual bonus scheme\n\nContributory pension\n\nOngoing training and development\n\nThe chance to join a growing regional business with a strong pipeline of local work
