This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction contracts who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with documentation and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and update contracts and project documents
*
Track contract deadlines, variations, and payments
*
Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
*
Assist with tender submissions and procurement documentation
*
Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper document control
*
Ensure contracts are compliant with legal requirements and company policies
*
Provide general administrative support to the wider project team
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry (essential)
*
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
*
Clear and confident communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
*
Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
