Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP)
* Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation
* Define and manage the PAP planning process
* Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards
* Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process
* Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
* Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
* Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives
* Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables
* Support other areas within the Global Value Proposition as needed

Your Profile
* Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
* Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making
* High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
* Good understanding of insurance regulations
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various functions
* Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (like French or Spanish) is a strong plus
