About the Role
I am recruiting on behalf of a respected non-profit organisation that manages a portfolio ofmercial properties. They are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on organising and digitising property management documentation and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organise and digitise property files, including audits, risk logs, and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) records.
2. Scan documents and create a structured digital filing system forpliance and easy access.
3. Review technical property documents (, inspection records, fire risk assessments) and make informed decisions on correct categorisation and storage.
4. Maintain accurate property records and updatepliance documentation.
5. Act as the first point of contact for tenant queries, providing professional and timely responses.
6. Support general administrative duties related to property management operations.
Skills & Experience
7. Previous experience in property management administration, ideally withinmercial property.
8. Strong understanding of propertypliance documentation (, audits, inspection reports, fire safety assessments, risk logs, PPM schedules).
9. Ability to exercise sound judgement when organising and categorising technical files.
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
11. Proficient in digital filing systems and document management.
12. Strongmunication skills for tenant liaison and internal coordination.
