Reporting to the Application Designer Team Leader – EMEA/APAC, the Application Designer EMEA is responsible for supporting the Territory Sales teams of EMEA in planning and implementing processes that aggressively drive revenue growth, while contributing to overall arena market and product strategies. This is a remote position, ideally based in France, UK, Spain, Italy or Dubai with up to 25% of travel required.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for RSMs during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing.
* Collaborate with the PM team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing.
* Serve as liaison between RSMs and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly.
* Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members.
* Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth.
* Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration.
Requirements
* Education: Post‑secondary degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field. Knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable.
* Experience: Proven track record in sales planning and execution, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage.
* Technical Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers.
* Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region throughout the fiscal year (25% of the time).
* Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or any Asian language are considered a plus.
