We’re looking for
an experienced HGV Fitter/Mechanic to join us at our National Hub in Crick. You’ll work 45 hours per week on a Monday to Friday day shifts and play a vital part in ensuring that our fleet is always maintained, serviced, and safe.

We’re looking to offer the competitive hourly rate of £18.09 plus £1.39 location allowance and overtime at an enhanced rate. What you’ll do on a typical day:
1. Carry out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs
2. Diagnose faults on vehicles
3. Work on Rigids, Tractors and Trailers
4. Knowledge of tail lifts an advantage
What you need to succeed at XPO:
5. Proven experience in an HGV Fitter/Mechanic role
6. Relevant HGV mechanic qualification, such as BTEC or City & Guilds (desirable)
7. A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable)
