About the Role:
* Junior Sous Chefposition within a reputable, high-quality gastro pub
* Starting salary of up to £36k (basic £31k + generous TRONC)
* 45 hours per week, spread across 4.5 days
* Working with a close, experienced team delivering a fresh and seasonal menu

Essential Requirements:
* At least 3 years experience in a similar kitchen role
* Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Allergens awareness training/certification
* Able to commit to weekend and evening shifts
Desirable Requirements:
* Experience working with fresh, seasonal menus
* Interest in menu development and creative input
