Connect to Work is a new service designed to support people who face significant barriers to employment, including disability and mental or physical health conditions. The service focuses on helping people stay in work or move into meaningful, sustainable employment.We are recruiting a Team Lead to help build and lead this new service across Hertfordshire.This is a hands-on leadership role.
