About the role
Join ECARX's Indirect procurement team as the Indirect procurement expert, reporting directly to the head of the Indirect procurement department. This strategic role focuses on ECARX's indirect procurement in European markets, especially in categories such as professional services, including HR, finance, legal, ODC, and office leasing.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for indirect procurement for ECARX's overseas operations, covering administrative, human resources, finance, and legal categories, ensuring compliance and procurement efficiency.
2. Collaborate with business departments to understand production needs, develop procurement strategies, and optimize costs.
3. Evaluate and manage suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and service standards.
4. Negotiate, sign, and execute procurement contracts, ensuring clarity and enforceability of terms.
5. Monitor market trends, stay updated on industry developments and technologies, and provide procurement recommendations.
6. Address issues during procurement processes to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Conduct regular data analysis to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. At least 3 years of procurement experience in professional service categories.
3. Understanding of procurement requirements for relevant product categories and production line pricing.
4. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, capable of independently managing procurement projects.
