Our client, a high-achieving and inclusive secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, is seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of English with Drama to join their dedicated and forward-thinking team from September 2025. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage students across Key Stages 3-5 in both academic and creative disciplines.
About the Role:
As a Teacher of English with Drama, you will teach a balanced timetable of English Language, English Literature, and Drama, inspiring students through innovative lessons and a commitment to excellence. You will contribute to the vibrant cultural life of the school, including theatrical productions, enrichment clubs, and sixth form opportunities.
Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT, you will be well supported by a collaborative department and strong leadership team that values professional development, wellbeing, and student-centred learning.

What They're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong subject knowledge in English and Drama
* Experience teaching English across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable)
