Your new role Your role would be number two to the Partner in a fast-growing team at an exciting point in the firm\'s journey. This is a great opportunity for you to work with high-profile clients, lead on complex transactions, and contribute to the strategic growth of the wider tax team. Support the M&A Partner in leading enquiries and delivering innovative tax solutions Assist with tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals, working closely with the corporate finance team Advise on pre-transaction structuring, demergers, restructuring, and inheritance tax (IHT) matters Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering sophisticated M&A tax advice while managing technical risk. Mentoring and developing others within the team Identifying opportunities to implement and develop technology solutions for compliance and advisory projects An interest in, or already experienced in, business development and networking across the region What you\'ll need to succeed Have experience of managing complex tax projects and high-value client assignments Possess strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, risk management, and compliance Be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals Have an interest in leading, motivating, and coaching junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
