Administration Assistant Bus and Coach Location: Milton Keynes About this Role We are hiring an Administration Assistant to join our Bus and Coach team in Milton Keynes. This is a varied administration role where you will support the Administration Manager with essential office and customer service tasks, ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently. From updating digital records and preparing documents to managing hire agreements and invoicing, your organisation skills will keep our operation on track. Carry out general administration tasks in a busy office environment Create, update and maintain digital customer files with accuracy Prepare and process quotations, credit applications and hire agreements Manage booking forms, rental agreements and supporting paperwork Handle invoices, credits and billing queries About You You have proven administration skills and are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail. Previous experience in an accounts environment and familiarity with AS400 systems would be useful, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
