Do you have good attention to detail and strong communication skills? Then look no further, we have the role for you!
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Heanor to support with scheduling, tracking and reporting on skills training and compliance using our learning management system. This post will involve developing and maintaining local training plan whilst working in collaboration with our Learning & Development Business Partner.
Salary - £28,000 per annum
Shift - Mon-Fri 7:30am - 3:30pm
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining training communication plans and distribute training announcements
2. Complying training information for accurate tracking and reporting
3. Coordinates scheduling, implementation and logistical activities for training and administrative tasks through to competition
4. Collaborate with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and delivery
5. Maintaining the matrix to ensure site is ready for audit
6. Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
7. Host training sessions
About You
8. You must have a can do attitude
9. Ability to maintain and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and other colleagues
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
11. Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
