As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning financial performance with business objectives, providing actionable insights, influencing key decisions, and driving efficiencies across a multi-site operation.
Business Partnering – Advise site managers and leadership, ensuring financial decisions support business goals.
&##Financial Planning & Analysis – Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial targets, conducting variance analysis and performance tracking.
&##Performance Management – Monitor key financial metrics and identify cost-saving opportunities.
&##Decision Support – Provide financial modelling and evaluate the impact of business initiatives. &##Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with supply chain, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with financial strategy.
&##Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
✅ Experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering within supply chain/logistics. ✅ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams.
✅ Data-driven mindset, with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis. ✅ Proficiency in financial tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar).
