This is a part-time ( hours a week, hours a day) temporary role, working from modern offices in Chertsey.
Your new role :
Working as part of a friendly credit control team, you will provide assistance during a busy time for the business: Your main duties will include:
1. Contact customers to discuss overdue payments
2. Chasing outstanding payments by telephone and email
3. Working with both customers and internal colleagues to resolve any invoice-related queries and disputes
4. Keeping customer accounts accurate and updated
5. Running credit checks on new customers as required
What you'll need to succeed :
You will have previous experience of working in a credit control, accounts receivable, sales ledger-focused position. You will be confident speaking with customers regarding due and overdue payments. This role will utilise your excellentmunication skills, strong attention to detail and numeric ability.
You will also need to live within a sensiblemute to Chertsey, as this role is office-based.
