Join a thriving Residential Property team at a leading Legal 500 firm in Suffolk. We're seeking a skilled Solicitor (4+ PQE) to manage a high-quality caseload and contribute to a collaborative, client-focused department.
Key Areas of Work:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* New build transactions and shared ownership
* Title checks, SDLT, and Land Registry submissions
* Liaising with agents, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth completions
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion
* Proactive approach to business development and team collaboration
