Client Director – Midlands (Hybrid)

Supporting a Major Financial Services Client
We’re hiring an experienced Client Director to support a key enterprise customer in the financial sector as part of a retained sole-supplier partnership. This is a strategic, relationship-led role—not a pushy sales environment.
Location: Midlands (2+ days onsite per week)
Experience Required: MSP or VAR (UK IT Channel)
Focus: Cyber Security, Cloud, Modern Workspace, IT Services
What You’ll Do
* Own and grow a major financial services account within a long-term strategic partnership.
* Act as a trusted advisor—engaging at C-Suite level and understanding business goals.
* Identify opportunities across cyber, cloud, workspace, and broader managed services.
* Drive account strategy, deliver value, and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions to client needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Must have: Experience in a UK MSP or VAR selling IT services/solutions.
* Strong knowledge across cyber, cloud, and modern workplace technologies.
* Consultative mindset—relationship-first, credible, not overly pushy.
* Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
* Able to work onsite twice weekly in the Midlands.
