Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Manage the recruitment process through, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
* Conduct data entry tasks related to employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
* Utilise Salesforce for tracking employee performance and engagement metrics.
* Oversee social media management for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
* Assist in the development of training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Provide administrative support for various HR functions as required.
* Carry out return to work interviews, appraisals, 1-2-1 feedback meetings.
Experience
* Proven experience in human resources or a related field is essential.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for effective collaboration across teams.
* Prior experience in administrative roles within an HR context is preferred.
