Job Title: Senior Children Social Worker

What you will do:
* Conduct Core, pre-birth, and risk assessments.
* Undertake Section 47 Child Protection investigations.
* Prepare and present Statements, Section 7 and 37 reports.
* Represent the authority in court and provide evidence.
* Monitor child safety through regular home visits.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
* Lead core group meetings and participate in case conferences.
* Work with multi‑agency professionals including police.
* Initiate and manage care proceedings end-to-end.
* Develop, review, and implement Care Plans.
* Oversee contact sessions where required.
* Complete Child in Need plans effectively.
