The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing and tracking incoming projects. Including the creation of new jobs, management of addendums and extensions, maintaining project balance and accuracy and keeping the sales team informed of updates. The individual will also support the Inside Sales team.
What you will accomplish with us:
• Proactively monitor contractor and website closing dates to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation.
• Prepare, compile, and distribute project reports to stakeholders.
• Track and manage addenda, revisions, and deadline extensions.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Team on project status and changes.

• HVAC knowledge or experience is considered an asset.
