The Role: Building relationships with clients and candidates Winning new clients within your target market (360) Working towards targets and KPIs Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships Managing interview processes Receiving and reviewing applications Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job You Will Need Must speak Dutch fluently Must be willing to fly to Rotterdam office/others every so often (company will cover cost) A 2:1 or above in your chosen subject (or equivalent) You will need to be committed as it does take a while to be successful You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be networking with C Level executives You will need to be a hard worker who enjoys being busy and achieving Why This Company?
