Role Overview As the Project Planner, the primary focus is to ensure our customer’ requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Managing our Ridgistorm XL projects pre/post order, within our business, coordinating every aspect from order processing to final delivery. By aligning resources, tracking progress and facilitating communication between different departments, they will ensure that every project is delivered on time, meeting our high standards of quality and customer experience. Acting as the customer’ single point of contact from inception to delivery, the planner will enhance the customer experience, by providing clear and consistent communication and swift issue resolution. The goal is to streamline operations and to provide customers with a seamless and reliable experience, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
