We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at our busy manufacturing site. You’ll take charge of keeping our machinery and facilities running smoothly, driving preventative maintenance, and leading a small team of skilled technicians.
What you’ll do:
* Lead & motivate the maintenance team
* Keep machines & facilities in top condition
* Troubleshoot & resolve breakdowns fast
* Drive preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
* Ensure compliance with H&S and regulatory standards
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
* Managerial experience with a “hands-on” approach
* Knowledge of heating systems, CNC machinery, extraction systems, and sprinkler systems
* Proactive problem-solver with a safety-first mindset
