Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather supporting information for proposals.
* Review clinical trial strategies presented within Requests-for-Quote (RFQ) and calculate quantities of materials needed for production.
* Assign costs within proposals based on services quoted.
* Work with Sales, Project Management, and external customers to resolve issues related to proposals or change orders.
* Lead meetings with internal departments and clients to discuss expectations, revisions, and change orders.
* Act as a liaison between Project Management and Business Development to support transition of awarded proposals into project teams.
* Develop and write project timelines for proposals.
* Proactively ask questions, collect business process information, and work collaboratively.
* Manage and prioritize requests to ensure task completion.
* Participate in drafting change orders, proposals, and revisions.
* Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
* Adhere to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures.
* Attend work regularly; remote position with monthly office visits.
Minimum Requirements
* GCSE Level Mathematical Skills
* Basic computer skills and ability to operate various programs
* Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
* Intermediate reasoning skills for understanding instructions and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or 1-3 years related experience
* Attention to detail and sound judgment
* Professional demeanor and adaptability
* Excellent time management and ability to work in fast-paced environments
