Role Description
The Customer Specialist will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, providing support and solutions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. The role requires active communication with clients, analyzing their needs, and offering tailored advice on our product offerings. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Swansea Area.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
* Proficiency in customer support and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong analytical skills for understanding customer needs and solutions
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic workplace
* Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
* Knowledge of safety equipment or experience in the safety industry is beneficial
