About the role
The Product Marketing Manager is a key driver of growth and market penetration across our portfolio of shows. This role involves developing strategic marketing plans that align with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and broader portfolio objectives. The incumbent will assess the total addressable market, identify growth opportunities across industries and segments, and formulate strategies to expand audience reach. Acting as the onsite lead for the show, the Product Marketing Manager will cultivate relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies. By engaging in external events and communities, the role deepens industry knowledge, tracks emerging trends, and gains a detailed understanding of visitor and exhibitor needs. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure alignment on enablement initiatives and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager serves as the voice of the customer, contributing valuable insights to inform our Insight programmes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our shows and play a vital role in achieving our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing plans for allocated shows, aligned with EVP and portfolio strategy.
2. Define market size, penetration, and identify growth opportunities across key industries and segments.
3. Propose and implement strategies to grow and engage target audiences.
4. Build and manage relationships with associations, analysts, influencers, media, and industry bodies.
5. Represent the brand at shows and external industry events, leading onsite activity.
6. Create detailed marketing plans and objectives for both visitors and exhibitors.
7. Collaborate with Sales on enablement and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
8. Support campaign planning with clear outcomes, working closely with Content & Engagement and Campaign teams.
Requirements
9. Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing plans.
10. Strong understanding of market analysis and audience segmentation.
11. Ability to build inclusive and engaging campaigns across diverse audiences.
12. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
13. Confident in representing a brand at live events and industry forums.
14. Familiarity with ABM strategies and sales enablement practices.
15. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams on content and campaign planning.
16. Experience in budget planning, performance tracking, and ROI reporting.
