Job Title: Bookkeeper Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience GTS UK Healthcare is a leading supplier of surgical instruments, medical devices and equipment to the healthcare industry. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping and the use of Sage 50 Accounts. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage 50 Accounts Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts Preparing and processing invoices, credit notes and purchase orders Managing and maintaining a system for recording financial transactions Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports Liaising with external parties such as accountants, tax advisers and auditors as required Handling queries and resolving discrepancies related to financial transactions Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and legislation Doing VAT Returns every quarter Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management, with experience using Sage 50 Accounts Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Relevant qualifications such as AAT Level 3 or above would be advantageous If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in bookkeeping and financial management with a leading healthcare supplier, then we want to hear from you.
