At Evolve Psychology, we do things differently. Founded in 2014 by Dr Laura Powling, Evolve Psychology began with a bold aim to redefine what clinical and forensic psychology means in practice. Laura’s vision was simple yet powerful: to bring care, connection, empathy and clinical excellence together, with no compromise. We started as a small practice delivering expert witness and neurodevelopmental assessments and have grown into a national independent psychology service. We earned our first NHS contract in 2021, launched satellite clinics to streamline access, and rolled out neurodevelopmental services to families across the UK. We are clinician‑founded and clinician‑led, proudly registered with HCPC and affiliated with the British Psychological Society and the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists. About this role
Take ownership of digital performance in a fast-growing national healthcare provider
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to own and optimise our paid media and lifecycle marketing. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence growth, efficiency, and access to clinical services for families across the UK. You’ll take responsibility for paid acquisition and email performance, managing five-figure monthly budgets and ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI. This is an autonomous role within a modern, data-driven marketing function where you’ll be trusted to improve performance, challenge existing approaches, and drive meaningful results. You will be responsible for:
Paid media ownership and optimisation
* Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
* Take ownership of monthly budgets, improving efficiency and cost per acquisition
* Audit existing campaign structures and implement performance improvements
* Test and iterate creative, targeting, and messaging to continuously improve results
Performance analysis and insight
* Monitor performance using GA4, GTM, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio
* Track and improve key metrics including CPA, conversion rates, and lead quality
* Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
Lifecycle marketing and conversion optimisation
* Manage email marketing and automated nurture journeys via Mailchimp
* Support landing page briefing and optimisation to improve conversion rates
* Use data and testing to improve performance across the full acquisition funnel
Collaboration and continuous improvement
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator to improve campaign effectiveness
* Contribute to a culture of testing, learning, and continuous optimisation
Qualifications and Experience
* 2+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads with strong analytical skills and confidence using GA4 and performance reporting tools
* Experience managing budgets and optimising for ROI or CPA
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance outcomes
* Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside here
* Experience auditing and restructuring paid media accounts
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
* Experience working in a data-driven, performance-focused marketing environment
* Ability to build performance reports using Looker Studio or equivalent
