Offer description

At Coloplast, we believe in making life easier for people with intimate healthcare needs. We are seeking a detail-driven marketer with a passion for consumers and a curious, collaborative mindset to support our Ostomy Care (OC) and Intermittent Self-Catheterisation (ISC) product ranges. This graduate role is ideal for someone early in their B2C marketing career following a relevant degree.

About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you will support the implementation of consumer marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our work reflects both our commercial priorities and the needs of our consumers. This role offers an exciting mix of project delivery, campaign execution, and ambassador management—an ideal opportunity for a marketer ready to grow their skills and make an impact in a meaningful healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of consumer marketing initiatives across OC and ISC products, including new product launches.
* Work closely with internal teams (HCP/Product Managers, Clinical Services, Digital, Global Marketing) to deliver aligned, effective campaigns.
* Champion consumer insights by bringing curiosity and analysis to understand motivations, needs, and barriers.
* Ensure the consumer experience is central to everything we do, from communication to product use.
* Manage day-to-day relationships with new and existing Coloplast Consumer Ambassadors, ensuring engagement and effective integration of their stories into marketing.
* Collaborate with internal marketing teams to shape engaging content for social media, print, digital campaigns, and live/online events.
* Monitor and report on competitor campaigns and ambassador activities to keep Coloplast relevant and differentiated.
* Support ad hoc marketing tasks and projects that contribute to team goals and innovation.

About You

* A clear communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Curious by nature, eager to learn how things work and find new ways to improve them.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks and processes.
* Passionate about making a difference and helping people feel supported and understood.
* Digitally fluent and confident using MS Office, with awareness of broader tech and marketing tools.
* A team player who is eager to share best practices and continuously grow.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc or equivalent).
* Experience in B2C consumer marketing, ideally with a focus on brand storytelling or healthcare-related communications.
* Solid understanding of how to use ambassador/advocate voices in campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to tracking performance and insights.
* Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

We are committed to offering a rewarding and supportive environment where your talents are recognised and valued. You will work with cutting-edge products and solutions that make a real difference in patients’ lives. We provide comprehensive training and development to help you excel and advance your career within the organisation. You will also receive an excellent benefits package, including a healthy bonus plan, private medical insurance (PMI), and a choice of company car or allowance.
