Tribal Digital is expanding — and we’re launching a brand-new Tech Recruitment Division. We’re looking for a driven Tech Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership, build something from the ground up, and help shape one of the most exciting growth areas in our business.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Own the launch and growth of our new Tech Recruitment Division
🔹 Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, SaaS platforms & product-led businesses
🔹 Recruit across core markets: Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps & more
🔹 Develop your own client portfolio with warm leads from day one
🔹 Source, interview and manage top-tier tech talent
🔹 Create market insights, outreach strategies and thought leadership
🔹 Help shape the division’s positioning, strategy & long-term growth
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
✔ Strong understanding of engineering, data, product or DevOps markets
✔ Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by autonomy & ownership
