The Opportunity…
As General Manager, you’ll lead the scale-up of an ambitious cosmetics business, overseeing everything from manufacturing and laboratory operations to commercial performance and business development.
You’ll be instrumental in establishing the operational framework, building efficient workflows, and leading a talented team to deliver high quality products for both in-house and third-party brands.
Operations span cosmetics R&D, manufacturing, and production. Located in Invergordon, with strong connections to the Inverness area and wider Highlands manufacturing community.
