About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Analyst to join our team at our Epsom, Surrey headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data, sales, and operations, playing a pivotal part in driving business growth and enhancing customer success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data sets, automate reporting processes, and support client onboarding and training initiatives. This position involves a balanced mix of hands‑on data work, strategic analysis, and direct engagement with clients and internal teams. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values ownership, and seeks to make a tangible impact on the company’s expansion efforts. The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible work arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working remotely, along with competitive salary and benefits, and potential career progression to Head of Customer Success.


Qualifications

* Proficiency in advanced Excel, including macros and VBA scripting.
* Strong skills in data cleaning, structuring, and manipulation.
* Experience with SQL for database querying and data retrieval.
* Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
* Experience building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with clients and internal teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
* Educational background in data science, statistics, computer science, or related fields is preferred.


Responsibilities

* Owning and maintaining the data function by developing comprehensive, decision‑ready reports on business performance and customer activity.
* Supporting the sales team by preparing data, cleaning lead lists, and transforming prospect information into actionable insights.
* Ensuring accurate and reliable commission and billing reports by analyzing transaction data.
* Automating manual reporting processes and cleaning messy data to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
* Leading onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring seamless setup and configuration from day one.
* Conducting product trials and delivering client training sessions to enable customers to utilize the platform effectively.
* Identifying and resolving issues related to poor‑quality customer data to enhance overall data integrity.
* Monitoring usage patterns to detect early signs of customer risk or opportunity, proactively communicating insights to account teams.
* Collaborating across departments to improve operational workflows and data‑driven decision‑making processes.
