Job Description
You will have the following responsibilities:
3. Assigning tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
4. Facilitating communication between departments and external partners
5. Preparing and present reports on administrative activities and performance
6. Implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Being responsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained
8. Completing various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business
9. Covering reception as and when required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Admin Supervisor role is someone with the following:
10. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role
11. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
12. Strong organisational skills
13. Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities
14. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
15. Innovative approach to problem solving
