Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
* General office administration and data entry
* Supporting management and operational teams with documentation
* Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Ensuring files and systems are kept up to date
Requirements
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, email systems)
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
* Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
