We are seeking to hire an Enterprise Data Solutions Engineer to join our team.
Purpose of the Role
As an Enterprise Data Solutions Engineer at Lawfront, you will develop and maintain our enterprise data environment, ensuring smooth integration between legacy and modern applications, and supporting the Master Data Management (MDM) framework. Your work will support our data strategy and enterprise architecture, ensuring our data infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Warehouse Maintenance & Development
2. Maintain and optimize the enterprise data warehouse for reporting, analytics, and operations.
3. Conduct performance tuning, updates, and enhancements for reliability and scalability.
4. Design and maintain efficient data integration pipelines between systems.
5. Ensure data consistency, quality, and accuracy across platforms.
1. Master Data Management (MDM)
2. Manage master data records for standardization and consistency.
3. Support MDM tools and processes.
1. ETL Development & Data Processing
2. Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
3. Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues.
1. Data Governance & Quality Assurance
2. Maintain data governance standards and data quality through validation and cleansing.
1. Stakeholder Collaboration
2. Work with Data Architects, solution architects, and data owners to align data solutions with business strategies.
3. Collaborate with teams including Finance, Digital Applications, and Reporting to deliver data solutions.
1. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
2. Document data models, integration flows, and procedures.
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
2. Provide support for data issues, collaborate to find root causes, and implement solutions.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in developing and maintaining enterprise data warehouses.
* Proficiency in ETL processes and integration pipelines.
* Knowledge of master data management principles.
* Familiarity with legacy and cloud-based environments.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Experience with cloud platforms like Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery.
* Understanding of data governance and data quality management.
* Skills in data modeling and database design.
* Experience in agile or hybrid environments.
