About the Role You will manage external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to programme, to budget, and in line with statutory and University requirements. 7. A degree in construction, or a related field, and professional membership
8. Strong experience managing capital construction projects in live, operational environments
9. Sound knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act 2022, and statutory compliance across all project stages
10. Proven ability to manage consultants and contractors while balancing stakeholder needs across complex sites
11. A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and excellent communication skills
