Role Overview:
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident care, demonstrating compassion, care, and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will lead a team, support Care Assistants’ development, and ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
* Work collaboratively to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
* Must have medication training
* Deliver personalized care in line with individual care plans
* Facilitate leisure and social activities
* Be kind, supportive, and professional to residents, families, and colleagues
Required Skills:
* Teamwork and positive attitude
* Care experience, NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
* Good communication skills and flexibility
* Genuine respect and care for older people
