We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a natural flair for multitasking.The candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.Responsibilities:Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social mediaEnsuring social media is monitored while on shiftCovering the online personal shopping function via live chatOpening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiriesAdding investigation data to communal spreadsheetsAssisting management with daily tasksMaking decisions on problems raisedResponding to customer reviewsCandidate requirements:1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion or retail industryLooking to grow within the customer service departmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn eye for style and can offer styling advice to customersA team player who is happy to support colleagues and work together to ensure the smooth running of the departmentGood decision-making skillsProblem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challengesMultitasking, ensuring multiple channels are covered and responded toFlexibility around shift pattern
